You can do most of your Centrelink, Medicare and Child Support business with us online or by phone self service. You don’t need to come into a service centre.
You can use our online services where and when suits you. You can use either:
Phone self service
We have 2 phone self service options you can use:
- Centrelink phone self service where you can access and update your details and report your income
- Automated Child Support information service where you can get information about your child support payments.
If you’re unable to use online services, you can also phone us on your main payment line for help.
