Victoria’s daily coronavirus update is here
We have some new tidbits of information.
We heard earlier that Victoria has recorded two new COVID cases since yesterday.
We now know the new cases are a woman in her 20s and a boy aged under 10, both returned travellers in hotel quarantine.
This is the 21st day where Victoria has recorded no new locally acquired cases of coronavirus, for everyone curious how long it’s been.
And we have an update on Service Victoria’s traffic light permit situation.
Since the portal went live on January 11, 376,508 permits have been issued.
And in the past 24 hours, 19,797 applications have been processed — an average of 13.7 permits issued each minute.
