We recently sent notices to some people with important legal information about a class action.
A class action is a lawsuit on behalf of a group of people who have been affected in a similar way. Gordon Legal has filed a class action lawsuit against the Commonwealth of Australia. This is on behalf of 5 applicants and other group members.
As part of this class action, the Federal Court required us to send these notices to a group of people.
You may have got one through myGov or in the mail.
It’s important to know this notice is not a debt recovery letter.
