Gomoa Central DCE advocates for Four More Years for Nana Addo in the upcoming December General Elections

District Chief Executive (DCE) for Gomoa Central, Hon. Benjamin Kojo Otoo is seriously advocating for Four More Years for His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo led NPP Government to continue its development agenda

” There is no doubt that His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo led NPP Government has performed better within the last three years and therefore deserves to be given four more years to do more for the people.

The evidence are there for everyone to see and feel it. People are feeling the real impact of the Free SHS policy, Planting For Food and Jobs, Planting For Export and Rural Development (PERD), NABCO, Regular payment of Teacher Trainees and Nurses Allowance, reduction of Water and Electricity tariffs among others

Apart from that construction of Classroom Blocks, Market centers, construction of Road Network, provision of potable drinking water, One District One Factory, One Village One Dam as well as modern toilet facilities are there for people to see for themselves”

Hon. Benjamin Kojo Otoo stated these when he joined some Communities in the Gomoa Central District to climax their annual Akwambo Festival at the weekend.

Addressing separate durbar organized by the chiefs and people of Gomoa Dahom, Gomoa Abaasa and Gomoa Aboso respectively, Hon. Benjamin Kojo Otoo lauded the people for their communal spirit adding it had supplemented Assembly’s development efforts.

” In collaboration with Deputy Minister for Land and Natural Resources, Hon. Naana Eyiah who is also the Member of Parliament for Gomoa Central, we have been able to support every community under taking self-help projects in the District.

Apart from providing social amenities like construction of Classroom Blocks, Market centers, CHPS Compound, modern toilet facilities and mechanised boreholes among others for various Communities, we have supplied trips of Sand, bags of Cement, iron rods and roofing materials for early completion of the projects.

It is Worthy to note that almost all the Communities are taking various self-help projects to supplement the Assembly and for that matter the central government

This show the level of confidence people have in His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo led NPP Government looking at is unprecedented achievements over the past three years

Hon. Benjamin Kojo Otoo accompanied by Hon. Kweku Nyarko Koomson, Former Presiding Member for Gomoa Central District Assembly, Mr. George Obeng, Gomoa Central NPP Deputy Organizer, Hon. Fifi Duncan, Assembly Member-Elect for Gomoa Afransi Electoral Area and Madam Esi Hammond, a Leading Member of the NPP and other Constituency Executives, the DCE called on the people to vote massively for Nana Addo and Hon. Naana Eyiah to continue their selfless sacrifice towards the well-being of the citizenry.

” Let me use this opportunity to thank Nananom and the good people in the Gomoa Central District for acknowledging efforts being made to improve their standard of living.

Our constant interactions with Nananom clearly shows that they appreciate whatever we are doing as Government to better the lot of the people.

On behalf of the President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo led NPP Government, I like to assure you that your encouragement has ginger us to do more for the people.

That explains why we should give Nana Addo and NPP Four More Years to Do More”

Hon Benjamin Kojo Otoo concluded by urging the youth to take advantage of the various policies and intervention like Free SHS, Scholarship for Tertiary students in Educational institutions to better their lives.

He also cautioned them to desist from all forms of political violence in the wake of the December 7, Presidential and Parliamentary Elections.

Assembly Member-Elect for Aboso Electoral Area, Hon. Isaac Gyesi Korsah commenced DCE for Gomoa Central, Hon. Benjamin Kojo Otoo as well as the Member of Parliament for Gomoa Central, Hon. Naana Eyiah for spearheading infrastructure Development projects in Gomoa Aboso and it’s surrounding Communities.

He specifically mentioned provision of a Market center at Aboso to boost economic activities, Nurse’s quarters for the local CHPS Compound and construction of Classroom Blocks for schools in Gomoa Aboso.

Hon. Korsah thanked Hon. Naana Eyiah for sponsoring Free Eyes Screening for over 800 people some of which were operated and giving spectacles Free of charge.

The Queen Mother of Gomoa Dahom, Nana Esifua appealed to the Gomoa Central District Assembly through the DCE and Member of Parliament to ensure reshaping of the road linking the community to Gomoa Achiase to enhance smooth transportation of goods and services.
